Our recent Transmission Ignition Fundraiser January - April 2012 saw the station playfully 'sell off' it's 5,000 watts for donations of $10 per watt raising close to $50,000 which covered the cost and installation to replace our old and failing transmitter. 4ZZZ is forever grateful for the community's support - view our new transmitter's 'watt owners' here http://www.4zzzfm.org.au/wattowners

OUR NEXT UPGRADE
All donations receive will help contribute to the upgrade and development of computer systems at the station. This will involve an improvement of web access; computer networking;computer software and services; work towards providing services for our members including increased interactivity through our website, increased information via e-mail and the future addition of webstreaming and podcasting.

MAKE A BEQUEST
Love Triple Zed for Life? What about after life? 4ZZZ receives bequest intents from our long term subscribers every now and then. All they need is our ABN to include in their Will. Apparently, less than 10 percent of Australians leave a bequest each year, so it's truly amazing that our listeners are thinking of us and want to make sure we continue as an independent community radio station long after they leave the world and cease subscribing. So, if you're updating your Will soon, please think of us, a relatively small donation from your overall estate could make all the difference to a struggling charity such as 4ZZZ.
