The time has come again to wind back the clock to when 4ZZZ was young, providing live music fans in Brisbane with the best value for money live music event in town, ‘The Joint Effort’. Traditionally held at the UQ campus refectory during the late 70’s close to 4ZZZ’s first station premises, these events set the tone for the healthy live music scene Brisbane enjoys today. ‘The Return of The Joint Effort 2015’ will be held on Saturday August 29 upstairs at the Hamilton Hotel, Kingsford Smith Drive, Hamilton. Based on the same principles of the original events, great bands and great value for money, this event is a definite date saver. After last years titanic effort with headliners Painters and Dockers and the Cosmic Psychos, the Joint Effort returns with a killer line-up guaranteed to knock the socks off any seasoned punter!
