Farmers win over New Acland Coal in the Land Court

On Wednesday the verdict was handed down in the longest case in the history of the Queensland Land and Environment Court. After 16 months, 100 days in court and over 2000 submissions; the court recommended against the approval of the $900 million New Acland Coal Stage 3 Expansion.
