4ZZZ launched its glorious tradition of counting down listeners' 100 favourite songs on New Year's Day 1977. Ipswich Mayor threatens legal action
Ipswich City Council says it will launch legal action if Wivenhoe Dam’s managers are found to have acted negligently during the 2011 flood season
Mayor Paul Pisasale said yesterday that council would seek compensation for up to $120 million dollars of council property damaged by floodwater.
The Mayor made the comment after dam engineer John Tibaldi broke down in tears at the flood inquiry during cross examination.
