Damning report into ADF accusations

Defence Minister Stephen Smith says the allegations of abuse will shock some people. A royal commission, formal apologies and compensation were some of the options available to correct the situation. The report by law firm DLA Piper says boys as young as 13 suffered sexual and physical abuse.
