Journalists killed in Syria

A Syrian TV channel headquarters was bombed and three employees have been shot dead. The dawn attack on Ikhbraiya television's offices was a result of the 16-month-old violence taking over the city.

The media headquarters resumed broadcasting shortly after the attack, which killed three journalists and four security guards. One building was almost entirely destroyed.

President Basha al-Assad has declared on Tuesday that his country was 'at war'.
