Germany places warrant against Paul Watson

Captain Watson has travelled throughout the world since the Costa Rican government issued an arrest warrant in October 2011. Even after travelling around the world, Germany has been the country to arrest Captain Watson. However, The Public Prosecutor did state that the German Ministry of Justice and the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs have the power to stop the extradition procedures on political grounds.
