Abbott dismisses budget pledge for rail plan

Last week, Treasurer Wayne Swan promised 715 million dollars for the 5 billion dollar project, but Labor is locked in a funding stoush with the Queensland Government. Mr Abbott has said the Federal Government is not being "fair dinkum" and it's the kind of wild stuff that you get from a desperate Government.
