Palaszczuk says QLD Government's "breaking promise" with proposed tax

Local Government Minister David Crisafulli has suggested a levy to raise one billion dollars over five years for flood mitigation and infrastructure projects. Ms Palaszczuk asked in question time yesterday, why the Government was considering a big new tax for Queensland families, saying it contradicts the Premier’s promise to lower the cost of living for all Queenslanders.
