Amalgamating schools does not add up

Ms Trad said that she is already concerned with the capacity issues at both schools and that increasing the catchment area for an amalgamated school would make matters worse. Education Minister John-Paul Langbroek insists that the government’s amalgamations and decommissioning of schools is an open process in order to solve capacity issues. However, parents and teacher of the schools affected say that the government has given them little information.
