4ZZZ's Annual General Meeting

Members are invited to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) being held by Creative Broadcasters Ltd t/a RADIO 4ZZZ FM on Wednesday 5 November 2014 at The Garden’s Club, 75 Gardens Point Road, Brisbane City Botanic Gardens. The meeting will commence at 7:00pm sharp (check in strictly between 6:30pm-7pm please), but come on down from 5pm for some drinks and watch the sun go down with your fellow Zed subscribers! As mentioned at last year’s AGM, 4ZZZ’s Articles of Association and Memorandum of Association are both well out of date and it has been a major task of the Board the year to produce a Constitution to replace these two documents. It is important that 4ZZZ shares its proposed Constitution with its members for consideration, before we ask its acceptance be voted on as a Special Resolution at the 2014 AGM.
