A: Yes if your come with your great great grandmothers, sisters, cousins, uncles dogs along with John's dead aunties corpse. SO NO!! Q: I know Chris and/or the Big Pineapple staff, can you please hold a ticket for me? A: Yes if your come with your great great grandmothers, dead aunties corpse and her 18 dead dogs. SO NO!! Q: Can I get tickets on the night? A: YES, HOWEVER There is ONLY 50 available tickets on the 31st and 50 available on the 2nd that can be purchased on the door. Q: Can we use PayPal to purchase our tickets? A: Yes you can. Q: Can we purchase tickets and pay with online Bank transfer? A: Yes you can, use your name or invoice number as reference. Q: How long after ordering tickets to we get to pay for them? A: 48 hours, if monies are NOT received within 48 hours your order will be cancelled and seats will go back online for others to purchase. Q: Can we pay with master card, visa, amex etc? A: No you can't. Q: When we purchase our tickets online, how do we receive our tickets. Are they mailed out to us? A: Once you purchase a ticket ONLINE you will receive an invoice via email. That invoice showing order completed and paid IS YOUR TICKET! Q: Do we bring our invoice/ticket on the night? A: Yes please, although SLFX and the Big Pineapple will have lists we would still like you to bring your ticket and ID along. ID is ONLY needed for the person who bought the ticket, not your friends. Q: Can we purchase tickets for our friends all at once. A: Yes the store allows multiple purchases. Place order under your name and SLFX staff will make note on the door for you and your guests. Q: How many train tours are on each night? A: Eight (8) Train tours per night. Q: How many people can fit on each train tour? A: Maximum 50 however we are only selling 45 tickets per ride. Once sold out they are SOLD OUT! Q: If we book for the 6:30 but turn up late can we catch another train tour. A: NO! The ONLY way this can happen is is people don't turn up for the next train. Your welcome to wait just in case. So best advice is DON'T BE LATE or we will eat your brains! Q: If i purchase a ticket and can't make it is my money refundable? A: NO SLFX and the Big Pineapple will NOT be refunding ticket sales for any reason. If there is BAD WEATHER SLFX and the Big Pineapple will change the dates.
