What is cross fit training?
This style of training is a hard core training style. It’s a planned workout but deliberately random. As a personal trainer, I believe whole heartedly that workouts need to be planned and slowly progressed in advancements to prevent injury. For example, you would never give a beginner a 50kg tyre to throw around.
