Though not quite as bizarre as Sonny Moore's jump from post-hardcore group From First To Last to the strangely enjoyable freak-out dub-step of Skrillex, Dallas Green's music he brings out under the alias of City And Colour is definitely a step removed from main outfit, Alexisonfire - as you'll hear. City And Colours 3rd record, Little Hell, continues down the road of melancholy, emotive folky songmanship - he may not be a Neil Young but it's definitely got some chops. Who would have thought there was so much bubbling talent simmering under a layer of angst in America's suburban underbelly -these kids are growing up - a very enjoyable and mature record. This particular cut finds itself on the tail end of the record - an eerie number with an alt-country tinge that seems to be just the ticket these days.
