One Day is the newly released single by Regurgitator. It begins with strong rhythmic ostinatos by the drums and electric guitar. Similar to other rock music, this song has very strong beats and simple yet repeated lyrics to make the theme convincing.

The band cleverly use the effects to create a mood that goes along with the lyrics. For example, in the first section when the lyrics are saying how "one day we're all gonna die" effects are added to the vocal line to make it sound more depressing.

But as it continues to the next section saying "but now we're alive" the effects are off and the drum beats are more uplifting.

This song is a bit different from other Regurgitator's songs but I like their new stuff better than their old stuff anyway.
