Tony Spence

I’m Tony Spence 25 years old from Brisbane, I started playing music when he was 15 years old and still find my passion for song writing never dies. In 2011 my hopes were to record my first solo album that tell the story of life in Brisbane from the perspective of the streets. “I was living day to day in desperate search for new music, new lyrics and some place to survive" Half way through 2006 I was in band such as…… 1. Beat the Streets 2. Red cross M.C.'s 3. TC and the Lightning Strikerz.TC has been a nickname seen I was only 17 years old from a popular cartoon called Top cat, I'm known for caring about my passion for music, my family and the lady’s. It all started when I was a little boy sitting watching my Dad play the drums like the professional he is. I knew I’d turn down a path like the music industries and become successful at it. But my goal has always been music from a young child growing up in a musical background to a legend at my passion. I've always tried hard to do the right thing by my parents even if it was a hard battle ground. My next project is a DVD based on my life’s journey as a former street kid. In the past I have performed at numerous events including World Refugee Day, Prime Ministers Drug and Alcohol Awards, the ACCAN Conference and Queensland Day Celebrations, Urban Caboolture Country Music festival and the Police commissioners Christmas carols 2005/2007. Many thanks to my friend for helping suggestions and the rehearsals: Salvation Army/ J-pet Brisbane City, Queensland’s Red Cross night café, Dave, Mick from the lightning strikers, Greg Newman and Darren fry from the Queensland police service, Beat the street. But most of all. I give thanks to my parents for believe in my passion for music. Thanks guys this album is dedicated for you.
