'The Zoo', Fortitude's Valley's oldest independent music venue is now opening as a bar past midnight. While the news might be welcome for punters and long time Zoo-ies, it's a story of live music's decreasing viability in Brisbane's most iconic music scene.

4ZZZ's Lillian Rangiah chatted to The Zoo's owner, Pixie Weyand, who says the venue is struggling more now, than at the height of the pandemic last year.
