Copenhagen attacks: police kill suspected attacker

The first shooting at a café hosting a debate on free speech left an elderly man dead and several injured. A further shooting occurred hours later at a synagogue, leaving one man dead and two police officers wounded. The usually peaceful Denmark has not had such attacks on its soil in decades.
