Exercise During Pregnancy
*Warming up before exercise
*Walking
*Water Sports
*Stationary Cycling
*Weight Training
*Running (if you have previously run in your exercise regime)

AVOID THESE EXERCISES DURING PREGNANCY
*heavy weight training - too much stress
*exercises that make you hold your breath – i.e: some forms of yoga
*exercises laying on your back (they can restrict blood flow to the necessary areas
*Planks and exercises where you are face down or own your stomach (Supine exercises)
