There are two types of fats in or bodies. The fat that is just under our skin that we spend a lot of time keeping under control... And our internal body fat that is around our major organs to protect them.

The internal fat that protects our organs is much more dense and heavier than that under our skin. In fact its around twice as heavy.

Bad fats are found in animal fats, saturated fats and synthetic oils like vegetable oils.
