Lily and Michael of Gold Coast band TH'FIKA make the trek up the coast to join Scott from Exit Stage Zed (Saturdays 4-6pm) in the studio to play a couple of songs. They also discuss forming the group at a Japanese ski lodge, dissect the Swedish origins of their band name and take a personality test revealing how well they know each other as bandmates.
