Our Mission

Bringing together diverse people for deep connections through our nature therapy programs. Reinstating our elders, cultural workers and artists as the original knowledge holders of the land in which you stand.

Since 2018, we’ve been changing the lives of mothers, families and our Indigenous community. Our programs are designed to invest in the health and wellness of our communties mothers and our Indingeous peoples.

We offer opportunities for our women and communities to engage in culturally safe and trauma informed nature-based health programs that are genuinely transformational.

Unlike other nature therapy programs, our programs are designed by Indigenous peoples for our Indigenous communities, designed by our Indigenous women for all mothers and families.

Imagine building a relationship with unlikey connections, learning about our east coast stories from Indigenous elders, facilitators, cultural workers and artists.

“Let food be thy medicine” is our moto, we ensure we produce the most local and organic food on all our programs and retreats.
